Dale Midkiff is an American actor best known for his role as Louis Creed in the 1989 film adaptation of Stephen King’s novel Pet Sematary (1989). He portrayed Vincent Erlich in the 2000 film The Crow: Salvation.
Early Life[]
Dale Alan Midkiff was born in Chance, Maryland as one of eight children to Thomas Midkiff and Joyce Jones. Dale attended and graduated from Edgewood High School and subsequently attended Salisbury University. He moved to New York to pursue an acting career and briefly worked as a waiter.
Career[]
Dale’s first role came in the 1985 film Streetwalkin’ as Duke. His breakout role came the following year, 1986, in a television series Dallas: The Early Years as Jock Ewing. He starred as Elvis Presley in the television movie Elvis and Me in 1988, Pet Sematary as Louis Creed in 1989, and Sins of the Mother as Kevin Coe opposite Elizabeth Montgomery, and The Crow: Salvation as Vincent Erlich in 2000. He had roles in various TV shows such as Time Trax as Darien Lambert in 1993, The Magnificent Seven as Buck Wilmington in 1998, The Outer Limits as Tom Cooper in 1999 and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation as Professor Robert Woodbury in 2001.

Dale married to Joan O’Connor in 1997 and they had three children, Eliza Rose, Cole and Ava Marie.
